Ministry of Industries and Mines is in talks with a European company to invest a dlrs 10 billion of investment in Iran's steel industries, deputy minister for economic affairs said on Tuesday. Pilot production of Iranian designed car `Samand' will start within two months in Syria, announced here Thursday visiting Iranian deputy industry Minister Mohsen Shaterzadeh.
